Welcome to our website, we have added quite a bit of research since we last updated our site, now you will find images of many source documents that will support our findings. We encourage everyone to share what they have. We freely share our research here.

This site has grown and chronicles many families who first settled in the area known as the Appalacian Trail. Many of our ancesters landed on the East Coast and migrated westward to the appalacian mountains, then moved once again out west to the new frontier.

This site has information for many of the great families of the Appalaican Mountans that span through Virginia, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Prominent surnames are Baird, Boone, Brown, Howard, Lawson, Lindsey, LewAllen, McDonald, Perkins, Prunty, Reed, Sharp, Vincent and more.
